Many moons ago I created and facilitated Inner Child therapy workshops which helped people get in touch with the vulnerable and playful parts of themselves, through drawing and journaling. I feel this painting was completed with my own little Sky at the helm. There is a childlike fun quality to its choice of colours, shapes and bold outlines. Holding this is a heavily watered escarpment, with black waterfall like shapes that reveal glints of colour underneath. I hope that viewers will identify with its bold sense of fun.
